The Russian President’s wellbeing has long been open to speculation

Vladimir Putin’s health could be a point of discussion in his bombshell interview with Tucker Carlson, Andrew Pierce and Mike Parry suggested during a GB News discussion.

The Russian President’s wellbeing has long been open to speculation with the Kremlin being forced to deny multiple reports in recent years.

Putin has also been widely rumoured to be using a body double, with videos comparing different appearances of the Russian president all over the internet.

In March 2023, Ukraininan Interior Minister advisor Anton Gerashchenko tweeted three images of Putin side-by-side and asked: "Which one do you think is the real one?"

“We will watch every word out of his mouth.”

Andrew Pierce waded in: “We also might get something about his health.”

Parry concurred, adding: “His health, but also his philosophy on life. And even the body language.

“They’ll be examining the body language with Tucker Carlson to see whether he’s frightened of him or whether his eyes dilate and all that sort of stuff.

“I think it’s brilliant.”

Media personality Tucker Carlson was sacked from Fox News in April last year and has been critical of the US’s involvement in the war in Ukraine, questioning why Biden has continued to commit so much money.

He told followers on X, formerly known as Twitter, that he is doing the interview to “inform” Americans.

“Not a single Western journalist has bothered to interview the president of the other country involved in this conflict, Vladimir Putin”, he said.

He added that there have been “scores” of interviews with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky which he branded “fawning pep sessions”.

“Americans have a right to know about the war they are being implicated in”, he added.

He said the war in Ukraine is a “human disaster”.
