'Terrifying' plot to murder Holly Willoughby FOILED with Gavin Plumb sentenced for life

Holly Willoughby has had to make some drastic life changes after a man hatched a plot to kidnap, rape and murder the former This Morning host, a retired police detective has claimed.

Plumb, 37, was sentenced to life in prison with a minimum term of 15 years and 85 days at Chelmsford Crown Court after a week-long trial.
