Ex-Cop SLAMS 'two-tiered policing of Notting Hill Carnival - 'Can you imagine if 10 were stabbed at a football game?!'

A former Scotland Yard detective has blasted the police saying the Notting Hill Carnival is "example of two-tier policing."

Notting Hill Carnival has been hit with violence again this year, as police say they are aware of three stabbings while 90 people have been arrested so far.
