Jay Slater: Case of the missing teen takes fresh twist that is 'covered by judicial secrecy'

Spanish police have switched their focus in the investigation to find the missing Jay Slater as it has been reported that forensics have probed the Airbnb where the missing teen stayed.

Jay Slater has been missing for more than two weeks after he attended a music festival in Tenerife and subsequently disappeared.

The missing 19-year-old attended the event with a friend but left with two men and went to stay at their Airbnb.

Speaking to GB News, a global reporter for the Daily Mail Nick Pisa said: "As of yesterday, we managed to identify one of the people that Jay Slater stayed with at that Airbnb.

"A guy called Ayub Qassim who my colleague went to speak with last night. He said that there was nothing sinister or untoward that happened."
