'Here we go again!' Former Police Officer claims 'lawless Britain' is in tatters

Former Scotland Yard detective Peter Bleksley has furiously blasted "lawless Britain" after a horror knife attack took place in the capital this morning.

Two victims, an 11-year-old girl and a 34-year-old woman, were rushed to hospital after being stabbed in broad daylight in Leicester Square, London.
