A former police officer has hit out at the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) for prosecuting a police sergeant who was "doing his duty" when he shot Chris Kaba.
Harry Miller, founder of FairCop, expressed concern about the impact on the police sergeant, arguing that the CPS chose to "go after" the officer.
