'Cover ups and lies led to the deaths of our children,' Families of Nottingham attack victims call for national inquiry

The families of three people killed in last year's Nottingham attacks spoke out today following a damning NHS review into their killer's mental health care.

The review revealed "important" concerns about Valdo Calocane's care were ignored before he fatally stabbed Grace O'Malley-Kumar, Barnaby Webber and Ian Coates.

The independent homicide review found mental health services failed to understand the risks posed by the paranoid schizophrenic.
