The families of three people killed in last year's Nottingham attacks spoke out today following a damning NHS review into their killer's mental health care.
The review revealed "important" concerns about Valdo Calocane's care were ignored before he fatally stabbed Grace O'Malley-Kumar, Barnaby Webber and Ian Coates.
The independent homicide review found mental health services failed to understand the risks posed by the paranoid schizophrenic.
