America First Policy Institute senior fellow Steve Yates has claimed that China and Russia have a "six-month window" to wreak havoc on America, ahead of the US election.
The relationship between the US, Russia and China has been strained over the past few years and has heightened as the US supports Ukraine after the Russian invasion.
The senior fellow claimed that the chaos in US politics could have disastrous consequences.
Speaking to GBN America, Yates said: "When Prime Minister [of Israel] Netanyahu was visiting the United States, Joe Biden had a relatively brief public meeting with the visiting Prime Minister, and then the Vice President had a meeting and she gave the press response afterwards.
"That seems to reinforce the notion that an untested Vice President is already acting President.
