Donald Trump says he has agreed to three debates in September and is awaiting a response from Kamala Harris.

Speaking in Mar-a-Lago, the former President attacked his Democrat counterpart's "horrible" record.

He also insisted he is happy to face up against Harris, and would have taken her over Joe Biden in the first place.
