The son of Ryan Routh, who allegedly tried to assassinate Donald Trump earlier this month, has been arrested on federal child pornography charges in the US.
Oran Alexander Routh, 35, found himself at the behest of an FBI raid on Sunday as officers looked into his dad.
But when agents stormed his home in North Carolina's Guilford County, they came across "hundreds of files" of child pornography.
Investigators detailed how their search was "unrelated to child exploitation" - but a criminal complaint turfed up by The Sun has revealed the extent of what they found.

In the 35-year-old's bedroom, agents found a Samsung Galaxy Note device, and seized another in his possession.
"A review of the SD card located in Device 1 revealed that it contained hundreds of child pornography files," prosecutors wrote.
"These files include videos from a known child pornography series created outside the state of North Carolina."
The "known" series included videos of a man with a "prepubescent" girl younger than 10 years old, records show.
The complaint also contained graphic descriptions of said videos, as well as a conversation Oran had with someone who was advertising the sale of the abuse content in July.

Investigators also reported that they observed a video of a woman with a girl aged between six and eight years old.
US network ABC News confirmed that the search was related to Oran's father, Ryan - who is locked up pending trial following his attempted assassination of Trump at his Florida golf course on September 15.
The 35-year-old had, in the aftermath of the attempt, opened up to various news outlets to give character references about his dad.
He told CNN: "I don't have any comment beyond a character profile of him as a loving and caring father... I don't know what's happened in Florida, and I hope things have just been blown out of proportion."
While he told the Daily Mail: "He's a hard worker and a great dad. He's a great dude, a nice guy, and has worked his whole f**king life."

The recent charges follow at least 39 criminal cases filed against Oran Routh across a 17-year period in North Carolina, mostly in Guilford County.
In the past, he has been charged with several traffic violations, possession of narcotics and assaulting a woman.
In 2018, Oran pleaded guilty to assault of a female - and was sentenced to 18 months of probation.
The recent court records show that the 35-year-old is in federal custody, while as of Tuesday, a preliminary hearing has not yet been scheduled, and he had not entered a plea.
Oran faces a maximum sentence of life in prison if convicted.
