A New York theatre is charging less for a drag event for members of the 'Queer Community'.

The event entitled "Underworld - Uncanny Valley" is taking place at the House of Yes venue in Brooklyn.


The event on April 25 is described as featuring "drag divas and puppetry personas" introduces two tiered charging prices.

On the ticket selling website, the event charges $40.69 for "General Admission" and $23.46 for members of the "Queer Community." At time of writing, the "Queer Community" section had sold out.

The description for the event reads: "GREETINGS, HUMAN ENTITIES. You are cordially invited to UNDERWORLD: Uncanny Valley, where quantum fluctuations distort perception and algorithmic anomalies warp time itself.

"Prepare for an experiential journey through the enigmatic amalgamation of synthetic and biological entities, honey!

"Initializing sequence: Prepare for the merging of drag divas and puppetry personas, a mesmerizing spectacle that defies categorization.

The event listing added: "Participants are encouraged to embrace the unknown, surrendering to the allure of the enigmatic.

"So, snatch your tickets and get ready to sashay your way through the Uncanny Valley! Can you feel the sparkle already?"

The event is being hosted by three drag acts, Tiresias, Alexander Cameltoe, & God Complex.
