UFO expert Nick Pope has suggested “hidden dimensions” are not beyond the realms of possibility in a staggering claim.

The former Ministry of Defence worker joined Patrick Christys on GB News to assess current research into extraterrestrial life.

He said that while it is an important subject, research does not halt there when it comes to subjects that are incomprehensible to many.

Whistleblowers have claimed hidden dimensions are also something groups like NASA are deliberating on, according to Pope.

“When you listen to some of the US intelligence community whistleblowers, people like David Grusch, they are very careful in their terminology and they use the phrase non-human intelligence”, he said.

“The reason they use that phrase is they don’t limit this to just the idea of extraterrestrials.

“They even consider things like, what if there are other hidden dimensions and something is intruding from one of those?

“That sounds like science fiction, but yesterday’s science fiction is today’s science fact.”

Pope went on to criticise the US and UK Governments, suggesting they have not been forthcoming with information on their research into the topic.

“Both the UK and the US is consistency for decades in that governments have not told the people everything that they know about UFOs”, he said.

“That’s not to say they’re sitting on proof on an extraterrestrial presence, but at the very least, a lot of the work that governments have done has been hidden from public scrutiny.

“The House Oversight Committee had a classified briefing on this, some of the lawmakers came forward and said ‘the issue isn’t necessarily little, green men, it’s the government has spent millions of dollars on UFO research and we don’t know what they’re doing and where that money has gone’.”

He believes there is a “hotspot” on Planet Earth that has become notorious among UFO spotters.

Pope explained: "It's an interesting point because all too often when we talk about UFOs and extraterrestrials, we have a very sort of UK, US-centric view of this.

"But this is a global phenomenon and a lot is going on in South America, particularly in the jungles of Brazil over the years.

"There have been some bizarre stories coming out and we know one thing that did emerge fairly recently is the fact that the US government is looking at a tip and their their UAP task force was certainly at the tracking and aware of what was going on in Brazil.

"I'd like to see more of a spotlight shone on some of these South American sightings for sure."
