Ryan Scott, from Dundee in Scotland, admitted to engaging in sexual activity with the 14-year-old

A transgender paedophile has been found with three vulnerable children locked in his home.

Ryan Scott, 21, was found by police officers after engaging in sexual activity with a 14-year-old girl on April 9 last year.

Officers also found two other children in the house who disclosed there had been sexual contact between Scott and the schoolgirl.

Scott, from Dundee in Scotland, admitted to engaging in sexual activity and kissing the child while the pair were stripped to their underwear.

The 21-year-old, who was convicted of a similar offence as a female called Coral Scott, has been remanded in custody for background pre-sentence reports.

Fiscal depute Charmaine Gilmartin told Dundee Sheriff Court: “At noon on April 9 2023 officers attended the address as they had reports three high-risk vulnerable children could be within.

“There was no reply to their knocking. Neighbours confirmed they had seen the accused and three others going into the property.

“A joiner was requested to come and force entry. While it was being forced, the accused eventually came and opened the door.

“The three children were in the house. All were under 16 and they were taken into.

“Two of the children made admissions that there had been sexual contact between the accused and the 14-year-old girl. She confirmed this.”

Scott, who was born female, was accused of luring the schoolgirl back to his flat to engage in sexual activity.

He then tried to pervert the course of justice by taunting the frightened schoolgirl with death threats.

Scott sent a SnapChat voice message, saying: “See the next time I see you, you better not be in my scheme or I'll fucking do you. You're a f*****g s**t.”

The victim's mother said: “After it happened my child changed, she became withdrawn, even violent, and wouldn't speak to us. We knew something had happened.

“We didn't know she had gone to meet someone. Then a friend got in touch and said this person had told others they were going to be meeting our daughter.

“They also said the person was called Coral Scott. We kept asking our daughter, 'Who is Coral?' She said he was called Ryan. We didn't understand.

“It was weeks later when she finally told us this person had forced her to do things she didn't want to do. She said she was traumatised and paralysed with fear when it was happening.

“It broke our hearts to see what this monster had done to our little girl. It destroyed our beautiful daughter.

“She was a child and whether he was a man or a woman, this was an adult preying on a child.”

Defence lawyer Morgan Day requested the court to grant Scott bail but Sheriff Alistair Carmichael refused and remanded him in custody.

Measures were taken ahead of the latest offence to ban Scott from starting any new relationship without special permission.

He was also banned from having any unsupervised contact with any child under the age of 16.

Day said: “A report will be required in relation to this particular matter.

“I am instructed to seek liberation on bail for the preparation of reports.

“My client does understand however that liberation may not be an option at this moment in time.”

However, the motion was refused and Sheriff Alastair Carmichael deferred sentencing for reports until March 8.
