A major pro-Palestine protest described as the 'biggest march yet' since the war began is taking place in Central London today, with former Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn joining demonstrators.
The protest, which has formed in Whitehall, has started making its way to the US embassy on Nine Elms Lane for an afternoon of speeches.
Protesters have gathered with Palestinian flags and signs, joined by former Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn who was seen at the front of the march carrying a placard reading "stop arming Israel".
Campaign groups have formed distinct blocks within the march, including the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament, Stop the War Coalition and a Jewish bloc.

Images shared on Twitter by the Palestine Solidarity Campaign show large crowds gathering with flags and placards.
The protest comes in the wake of Donald Trump's controversial proposal earlier this month for the United States to take control of the Gaza Strip.
The US President's plan to transform Gaza into what he called the "Riviera of the Middle East" has faced strong criticism.
A group of nearly 400 rabbis have condemned the proposal, describing it as ethnic cleansing.

A counter-protest organised by Stop the Hate, a Jewish-led organisation, is set to take place alongside the march route today.
The group will demonstrate at the junction of Grosvenor Road and Vauxhall Bridge.
The Metropolitan Police have announced a "significant police presence" will be deployed to ensure the two groups remain physically separated.
The Palestine march will run from until 4pm today, while the Stop The Hate must conclude by 3.30pm.
