'Excessive screen use impacts mental health' Doctor tells families to encourage 'No Phone At Home Day'

A doctor has warned families that "excessive screen use can negatively impact mental health."

Doctor Charlotte Armitage has also encouraged people to take part in No Phones At Home Day which is an opportunity for families to set some dedicated time aside away from the devices.
