'Deeply insulting!' Peter Bleksley rages at softer sentences for people who 'grew up poor'

Ex-Met Police officer Peter Bleksley has hit out at new regulations that urge judges to consider the backgrounds of people they are sentencing.

Speaking on GB News, he says it is 'deeply insulting' to people from poorer backgrounds.
