Former Editor at The Sun, Kelvin MacKenzie has been tested over his sympathy for rough sleepers as government proposals suggest fines of up to £2,500.

Speaking on GB News he said: "I know I should care for these people, but I don't."

GB News host Michelle Dewberry asked him: "Do you not have any sympathy at all?"
