Armed police swooped in on an individual who breached the perimeter for reasons unknown at this moment.
GB News' reporter on the scene, Will Hollis, said: "Somebody ran into the cordon and was ran after by officers including armed police officers and essentially tackled, jumped on, and taken away in a police van."
Hollis added that despite cordons always being "very sensitive", incidents such as this are "very rare."

Police were called to Ilkeston Road just after 4am where two people were found dead in the street, while a man has also been found dead on Magdala Road.
Officers were then called to another incident in Milton Street where a van had attempted to run over three people.
These three people are currently being treated in hospital, while the 31-year-old male suspected of murder remains in police custody.
Chief Constable Kate Meynell said: “This is an horrific and tragic incident which has claimed the lives of three people.
“We believe these three incidents are all linked and we have a man in custody.
