Nigel Farage has labelled Dominic Raab’s Bill of Rights as “un-British”, adding that he’s "totally unconvinced" by the proposal.
Mr Raab introduced the proposed legislation to Parliament today after the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg blocked the Government’s controversial first flight to Rwanda.

The Justice Secretary wants the successor to the Human Rights Act to assert that British courts do not always need to follow case law from Strasbourg and that the Supreme Court in London is the ultimate decision-maker on human rights issues.
He also sought to reassure the Commons that the UK will not leave the European Convention on Human Rights.
But Nigel has questioned the new policy, instead urging the Government to leave the ECHR altogether.
Speaking on GB News’ Farage, Nigel said: “So it’s all going to be fine, there’s no problem at all.
“You can believe every word Dominic Raab tells you, his new bill means we can ignore judgements of the European Court of Human Rights.
“I’ve got to tell you something, I spent 20 years across there in Strasbourg and Brussels, and what I know is that our membership of these organisations is through an international treaty, we are in a bound.
“And if we think we can stay part of the ECHR but just break the rules when it suits us, it’s a very un-British approach to things in my views.
“Why not just leave the blooming thing.
“That’s my view, I’m totally unconvinced, just as unconvinced as I was that Rwanda would work all the while why we stayed part of this thing."
He later added: “Do not believe a word that Dominic Raab said in the House of Commons.
“If we leave the ECHR we get back control of our borders.”
