An argument between neighbours turned explosive when one homeowner pulled out a screwdriver and started “swinging it around”.
Sarah Clarke, 33, had been “shouting” at her neighbour on November 24 last year when she brandished the weapon.
The mum also attacked two police officers who were called to the scene following the disturbance at almost 2am.
CCTV images show that the conflict end when a security reason took the weapon away from her.

GoogleStoke-on-Trent Crown Court heard how the 33-year-old struck one of the officers in the groin as she was being arrested.
She also headbutted and spat at him as she was being placed in leg cuffs.
Clarke, who was heavily under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time, also kicked the second officer repeatedly.
The 33-year-old has pleaded guilty to assaulting two emergency workers and affray.
MORE NEIGHBOUR ROWS:
Clarke, who already has 31 convictions for 48 offences, has been sentenced to 10 months in jail by Judge Robert Smith, StoneonTrentLive reports.
Prosecutor Jennifer Devons-Tamakloe described the attack on the police officers to the court.
“She struck a police officer in the groin, and then struck another officer multiple times, headbutted the first officer and spat at him whilst being detained with leg straps. This was a prolonged and consistent assault.”
Her defence argued that Clarke was trying to “get away” from her neighbour as he had been assaulting her “for a period of time”.

GettyThe 33-year-old was also in “pain” due to her handcuffs, the defence claimed.
Kelly Cyples, mitigating, said: “She has shown remorse in relation to the assaults on the police officers. She had some hair ripped out as a result of being restrained, which resulted in a small bald patch. She had been in Gingerbread accommodation and was clean of drink and drugs for two years.
“She has a son who has just turned two-years-old and she was trying to start seeing him again. This is when she met the neighbour and he tempted her when she was vulnerable. She wasn't strong enough to maintain sobriety at that point in her life.
“She has proven to herself that she can be drug and alcohol free as she managed to do it for two years.
"Unfortunately the last time she had contact with her son was just before Christmas after she was arrested.”
Judge Smith, sentencing, said that whilst she had expressed some remorse towards her behavior, “police officers have an important job”.
