A couple who won £45 million on the EuroMillions lottery have submitted plans to build two separate luxury homes on the same plot of land after their relationship broke down.
Matt Topham and Cassey Carrington, who scooped the jackpot in 2012 when they were both 22, have applied to construct two six-bedroom properties side by side.
The pair purchased the land on Adams Hill, known locally as 'Millionaire's Row' in Nottinghamshire, for £1.2 million following their life-changing win.
Carrington announced last March that the couple, who married in 2012 and have three children together, had split up.

The planning application is in both their names, but it remains unclear whether they intend to live in the properties, gift them or rent them out if permission is granted, the Daily Mail reports.
The former couple had originally planned to create a £5 million eco-home with eight bedrooms on the site, dubbed the 'Teletubbies house' due to its four turf-covered pods.
Neighbours had described the unusual property - named "Serenity" - as "out of character with the area" and "looking like a collection of turtles."
Those plans were shelved after the couple demolished a 1930s art deco house on the site in 2017. Under the new proposal, the plot would be split into two equal areas for homes that would be two to three storeys high.

A planning document states: "The two proposed large dwellings would be of differing style and arrangement to continue the individual aesthetic of the neighbouring properties on Adams Hill."
The luxury homes will back onto the grounds of Wollaton Hall, which featured as Wayne Manor in the Batman film 'The Dark Knight Rises'. The former home on the site quickly deteriorated after being abandoned, becoming a rat-infested drug den.
Police were called a dozen times in a year as groups of youngsters broke in to start fires and vandalise the interior. Intruders ignored the 12ft fence erected to keep people out.
A planning application is now pinned to the front gate of the property, where vandals have held barbecues and left litter strewn about.
Local residents have expressed anger over the state of the land. One neighbour told MailOnline: "It is a disgrace. It is very irresponsible and by leaving it empty and unattended it has been subjected to vandalism."
The resident added that intruders had broken in through the back near the golf course, wrecking a gate and allowing deer from the nearby country park to wander through.
"It is not safe for the deer and one was injured and had to be shot," they said.
When former painter and decorator Matt and Cassey hit the jackpot in 2012, they were living in an £89,950 ex-council house in Stapleford, Nottinghamshire.
After their windfall, they upgraded to luxury cars including a Jaguar XKR-S and Range Rover Evoque worth a combined £150,000. Topham has since been pictured with his new girlfriend Amy Cox in his Maserati and enjoying skiing holidays.
