The winning numbers from Wednesday's draw were 26, 27, 34, 41, 51 and 54.

The bonus number was 52.

These numbers proved lucky for the three players who each claimed £1 million by matching five numbers plus the bonus ball.

In the Lotto HotPicks game, which uses the same numbers as the main draw, no players matched all five numbers to claim the £350,000 top prize.

LATEST DEVELOPMENTS:

Four players did manage to win £13,000 each by matching four of the five numbers in HotPicks.

The Thunderball draw also produced winners, with the numbers 13, 22, 27, 38 and 39, plus Thunderball 08.

While the £500,000 top prize for matching all five numbers plus the Thunderball went unclaimed, one lucky player matched all five regular numbers to win £5,000.

The substantial windfall marks an impressive start to 2025 for the lucky Surrey resident, who chose to remain anonymous after his win.

Mr P secured his win through the National Lottery app, which automatically checks numbers and sends email notifications to winners.
