GB News commentator Ben Leo clashed with Andy Williams in a heated exchange over the UK's approach to Channel migrant crossings.
The dispute comes as the Government confirms negotiations with France on a potential "one-for-one" migrant agreement.
The clash comes amid a record number of Channel migrant crossings, with 705 people arriving in 12 boats on Tuesday - the highest daily figure this year.
The surge has heaped additional pressure on Sir Keir Starmer's Government and his pledge to "smash the gangs" responsible for facilitating the dangerous journeys.

"All our brave sailors from back in the day would have been absolutely fuming."
Williams said: "We're not relying on the French, but it's just a fact of life that they are coming from France. So of course, we have to Ben people like you who say let's not cooperate with France that is the problem."
Ben fumed: "I'm not saying don't cooperate. I'm just saying that you cannot rely on the French."
Williams: "Diplomacy is quite important. There have been a ton of mistakes since he became Prime Minister.
"But the best thing he has done is he has rebuilt our relationships with our key allies across the world. He's managed the relationship with Trump as well as anybody could.
"He's restoring our reputation that was trashed over the last two years."
The 2025 figure is even more dramatic when compared to 2023 levels, showing an 81 per cent rise from the 4,899 recorded at this stage two years ago.

Shadow Home Secretary Chris Philp criticised the Government's approach, saying: "Nearly 9,000 illegal immigrants have already arrived this year, the worst start on record -- and 705 crossings in a single day with no sign they will ever leave."
The UK and France are discussing a "one-for-one" agreement that would allow asylum seekers to join family members already in the UK.
In return, illegal migrants who have successfully crossed the Channel would be taken back to France.
