Groups of asylum seekers who are sleeping rough outside London landmarks have reportedly been spotted throwing their belongings in flowerbeds and urinating in public.
Scattered around tourist areas, migrants are believed to have set up small tents and cardboard beds overnight.
Footage from the area has appears to show several men stamping cardboard beds into flowerbeds and urinating on walls.
One man said: "There were dozens of them sleeping there when I was walking around at 7am this morning.

"They were sleeping on cardboard and dirty mattresses - some had little tents. At 8am, some grumpy looking security arrived to move them away.
"The migrants dumped their bedding in the flower beds and left. They have been coming back every night - nobody seems able to stop them.
"Some of them were urinating in public against walls. It's not nice for local people or the cathedral.
"This is Easter weekend, there are constant services going on, it's not right."
LATEST DEVELOPMENTS:
The latest outrage at the migrant population in London has followed the UN's refugee agency endorsing Labour's plan to deport rejected asylum seekers to "return hubs".
A UNHCR document, which has outlined the “need for effective return systems and the potential role of return hubs,” has indicated that the agency might be open to assisting countries like the UK in establishing these arrangements - as long as they do not conflict with UNHCR’s mandate to safeguard refugee rights.
The UK could follow a similar approach to Italy, which currently operates two asylum processing centres in Albania for migrants intercepted in the Mediterranean Sea.

“It could be a game-changer because it will help give us the necessary legal cover against any legal challenge and will also help us politically with our Left-wing MPs who may have reservations,” one source said.
Another insider added: “We are working on a range of solutions to tackle illegal migration, including working with countries across the EU and beyond on law enforcement cooperation to dismantle the criminal smuggling gangs profiting from small-boat crossings.”
The latest on the migrant crisis has come just as a record number of migrants have made the perilous crossing over the Channel this year.
