Watch the dramatic moment a drunk Jet2 passenger was dragged off a flight heading to Turkey at Manchester Airport.
Footage released by the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) shows Lewis Howarth, 36, being hauled off a plane by cops after a foul-mouthed tirade at cabin crew.
The passenger had reportedly downed half a bottle of whisky and called one flight attendant a “d***head” when ordered to fasten his seatbelt.
Shocked holidaymakers were also said to be targeted by Howarth, who cops quickly swooped in to remove.

But the 36-year-old “started to resist and tried to fight or assault those escorting him”, said prosecutor Saul Brody.
"He was taken to the floor and handcuffed, and was described as thrashing his head towards the passengers and officers.

"He was restrained on the floor of the aisle, and once outside he continued shouting abuse towards the officers."
Howarth’s removal proved popular among passengers, who applauded as he was dragged kicking and screaming.
An officer told him: “You were bang out of order, there were so many kids on there.”
Howarth, from Bolton, hit back: “My kids are there… you are f****** wrong.

"Nah f*** off you little rats.
“Do you [really think] I’m not going to go on holiday?”
Howarth launched another sweaty tirade after being placed under arrest, responding: “No I’m not, you little rat. You f******, rat b*****s.”
Prosecutors said Howarth continued to resist arrest on the boarding bridge, even attempting to bite officers as he was escorted away.
Howarth is an installer who co-owns a building company
CPS
Howarth, an installer who co-owns a building company, was jailed for 14 weeks following the incident.
He has previous convictions including racially-aggravated harassment, assaulting a police officer and failing to comply with court orders.
Mitigating, barrister William Staunton said Howarth was ‘peer pressured’ into drinking due to his fear of flying.
But Recorder Geoffrey Wells slammed the claims, saying “this behaviour was shocking”.
“There is no excuse for being drunk when you go on an airplane.
“Your children saw you behaving like that. What kind of example is that? Wholly disgraceful.
“Peer pressure? What nonsense.”
