Violence erupted at a car park in Terminal 2 before a police officer kicked a man in the head
Police have submitted a "comprehensive file of evidence" to the Crown Prosecution Service in an update on an incident at Manchester Airport which saw three officers injured and a man kicked in the head.
Greater Manchester Police Major Incident Team investigators have been "thoroughly investigating the incident" which happened in July.
Manchester Police said four men remain on police bail.
An investigation was launched after video footage was shared online of violent scenes at a car park in Terminal 2 where an officer is seen kicking and stamping on the head of Fahir Amaaz, 19.
A second video of the moments leading up to the incident shows Amaaz and his brother, Muhammad Amaad, 25, appearing to throw punches at three officers.
The footage also captures Amaaz being tasered.
Following the incident, the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) said a GMP constable was under criminal investigation for assault in connection with the arrests of the brothers.
A second officer was later told they were also under criminal investigation for assault.

GMP's said in a statement: "We have submitted a comprehensive file of evidence to the Crown Prosecution Service for advice as part of an investigation into a series of alleged criminal offences which saw three police officers injured at Manchester Airport in July.
"GMP Major Incident Team investigators, led by a highly experienced Senior Investigating Officer, have been thoroughly investigating the incident.
"Four men remain on police bail.
"A separate and independent investigation into our officers’ actions, by the Independent Office for Police Conduct, remains ongoing."

XThe mayor of Manchester, Andy Burnham, said there were three stages to the incident, with a prior dispute taking place on a plane before the footage seen by the public.
The first incident is an altercation between passengers from Qatar Airways flight QR023, which arrived at 7.20pm. The altercation may have taken place during the flight or afterwards in the T2 baggage hall.
The second incident is a violent altercation involving members of the public in T2 Starbucks at approximately 8.22pm.
The third incident is the alleged assault of three police officers which occurred in the T2 car park pay point area at 8.28pm. This resulted in the three officers receiving head injuries, including a broken nose.
