A 13-year-old girl was allegedly dragged into a car and raped by a stranger at a block of flats in east London.
The girl was on Banister Road West, in Hackney, on October 2 around 4pm when a stranger approached her.
The man is believed to have forced her into his van and took her to a block of flats at Banister House.
Once there, he is said to have raped her.

Detective Superintendent Ralph Coates said: “This is a very serious allegation and understandably it will cause concern in the local community.”
“I want to offer reassurance our investigation continues at pace.”

He added that they have been carrying out extensive enquires and CCTV work and supporting the victim.
The Detective Superintendent urged members of the public to come forward with any information that could help identify the man.
“We now need the help of the public as part of our urgent enquiries to identify this man,” he said.
“The victim has helped us build an e-fit of the suspect – do you recognise this image?”
