Greta Thunberg is set to appear in court in London today after taking part in a climate change protest in the capital last month.
The 20 year old activist was charged with one count of breaching Section 14 of the Public Order Act 1986.
It comes after the activist was at a protest against the Energy Intelligence Forum that was taking place inside.
She is set to appear at Westminster Magistrates Court today at 10am.

The Swedish activist was arrested near the InterContinental Hotel in Mayfair on October 17.
She is accused of failing to leave the highway and continuing the protest on the pavement.
Thunberg was bailed after being charged and will appear at court this morning alongside ten other activists, all charged with the same offence.
She subsequently joined similar climate protests in London over the coming days.

The second set of protests were organised by Fossil Free London.
These protests took place outside JP Morgan in Canary Wharf on October 19.
Another protest, which Thunberg also attended took place outside London’s Guildhall on Monday, November 13.
The first set of protests were in relation to the continued use of fossil fuels by major oil and gas companies.
