Gillian Keegan says the Tory Government's bid to 'monitor' water companies more has resulted in a clearer picture of Britain's sewage crisis.
The Education Secretary said tougher regulation is in place to tackle neglect of Britain's rivers by some of the country's biggest water agencies.
