German farmers block Berlin with tractors in subsidy row
German farmers have created a blockade in Berlin with tractors in a protest against subsidy cuts.
Member of the European parliament Joachim Kuhs told GBNews: "The Germans are waking up and they are going to the streets, which is normally not usual in Germany.
"But today it's really good because in all the cities of Germany, people are coming with their tractors as a big machine and they are blocking the circulation and so on and but it's all peaceful.
"That's very important. It's peaceful and it's a protest. Which will ring in a new thing for Germany. Hopefully a new future for Germany."
