GBNews.com has been named the fastest growing news website in America in a prestigious report.
The site was awarded the accolade in the Similarweb Digital 100 Web & App rankings which were released this week.
In another key milestone for the People’s Channel, GB News was ranked the fastest growing website state-side, having grown its average audience by an astonishing 420 per cent over the last year.
It found GBNews.com had grown its monthly user base from 509,000 in 2023 to nearly 2.6 million last year, attracting more than 55 million US visitors since the site launched in 2022.

GB NewsGB News secured stronger growth than sites run by Fox News, the New York Times and other massive US media outlets.

Similarweb’s Digital 100 ranking for 2025, celebrates the companies that demonstrated the greatest digital growth.
In its report Similarweb calculated the aggregated growth of users of the website and app of the channel. Similarweb released rankings for the US, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Japan, Australia, India, and Brazil.
For the first time, the US and UK editions of the Digital 100 provide an equal depth of coverage for the fastest growing mobile apps, as well as the fastest growing websites, in every category.
