First ever migrant sent to Rwanda in historic 'proof of concept' flight

A migrant has become the first-ever person to be sent to a third country using the UK's Rwanda scheme in what is being described as a successful "proof of concept" flight.

The unnamed migrant left Britain on Monday evening and has since landed in Kigali, The Sun has revealed.
