The family of Liz Boardman said their world 'just collapsed'

A mum-of-four has died while on holiday in Egypt, leaving her family devastated.

Liz Boardman flew to the Red Sea coast city of Hurghada on holiday, but passed away on November 11.

The 40-year-old "kind-hearted" carer, from Bolton, Greater Manchester was mum to four boys, Harry 19, Jack 14, Theo 10 and George, who is just seven.

Her family have been left searching for answers after sister Jen Cook confirmed that the "loving" mother had no underlying health issues. Her body was flown back to the UK on Friday, November 15, and the family are now waiting on the results of an autopsy to find out the medical cause of death.

"Liz had so many friends, she had such a positive impact on so many people. She'd do anything for her boys, she was always there to support them. She was such a good mum.
