European Court of Human Rights issued a landmark ruling that governments have a duty to protect people from the effects of climate change
A Chief immigration officer has been left fuming after a landmark court ruling from the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) that ruled Governments have a duty to protect people from climate change.
In a heated debate on GB News, former Chief immigration officer at the UK Border Force, Kevin Saunders said that we "should leave the EHCH tomorrow" because it is "complete and utter nonsense."
On the other side of the debate was broadcaster and journalist Nina Meyerhof who argued that by leaving we are "turning our back on democracy".
