Charlie Mullins has slammed former Brexit Party leader Nigel Farage for his claims that the UK is better off out of the EU.
The Pimlico Plumbers founder was embroiled in a fiery debate on GB News over Brexit and said: "It's not worked and it's not going to work."
Speaking to Beverly Turner and Andrew Pierce he said: "I think it's a bit of a poor excuse from Nigel there that they haven't done it properly.
"The facts are, Nigel, that it's not worked, it's not going to work. Yes, we will rejoin.

"It's going to be unavoidable not to join because I think it's getting worse and worse for us. I mean, is the NHS better because we're out of Europe?
"No, they're not, because they're not employing more staff. Is the building trade better off? No.
"Is traveling abroad or to the EU? No. Are we better off with food prices because of the EU? No.
"Are we better off with imports and exports? No, because they're taking longer. The overall result is that we're not better off."
Former Brexit Party member Belinda De Lucy disagreed with Mullins and said: "Who would have thought that the UK wanting to run its affairs and making our politicians more accountable would be so revolutionary and so offensive to so many Brits?
"The EU makes the case for Brexit every single day. If any of your viewers read the politics of the EU and what's going on there at the moment, it is an absolute crisis.
"It has a far worse migrant crisis and boat crisis than us. Just ask any of the farmers out there about Brexit and how they long to have the potential opportunities for freedoms that we've got here.
"We have avoided £100 billion worth of COVID recovery funds. We don't have to play any part in the £806 billion debt they've just created.

"There are so many benefits but the Conservative Party refuses to sell them because, in all honesty, they never wanted Brexit.
"They were forced to deliver Brexit. It was thanks to the likes of Nigel Farage and the Brexit Party that forced Brexit through.
"Nigel is right, We won against all odds, against an establishment. We never had free trade with the EU. It came at a huge democratic cost to the British people and a huge financial cost.
"It cost us billions to join the club that gave us that trade. It was never free.
"So this 'Brexit is to blame for everything', I thought Remainers were supposed to be clever."
