Shocking footage shows the exact moment a motorcyclist is thrown from their bike before it erupted into a huge fireball.
Stavius Gordon, 31, of HMP Peterborough, was riding his motorbike in Ditton Lane, Cambridge last year when it collided with a car travelling the opposite way.
The incident occurred just before 6pm on 9 September as the oncoming Audi attempted to turn into Dunsmore Close.
Dashcam footage from the car behind the audi shows the exact moment Gordon slams into the rear portion of the car before being thrown from his bike.

According to Cambridgeshire police, the motorcycle caused some damage to the Audi and a nearby private ambulance.
Gordon initially denied riding the bike but the dashcam footage and driver statements led police to charge him with driving without due care and attention.

Cambridgeshire police said the biker lost a toe as a result of the collision but said Gordon’s injuries were lessened as he wore a helmet.
Cambridge Crown Court saw Gordon plead guilty to driving otherwise in accordance with a licence, driving without due care and attention and driving without insurance.
He was given a £120 fine and nine points on his licence.
“I would like to thank witnesses who came forward and described Gordon’s manner of driving in the moments leading up to the crash,” PC Sarah Pride, who investigated the incident, said.

“Gordon lost a toe as a result of the collision but it was thanks to his helmet that it wasn’t anything more serious.
“He had a provisional licence and will need to reapply.”
Gordon was previously jailed for two years in August for intimidating his ex-partner by smashing her car window in July 2021.
