He was accompanied by a man in shorts who was attempting to smash off the lock from the rear wheel of a motorbike.

Store security and shoppers spotted the troublesome duo just after 3.30pm.
Passers-by started to shout and chase them away from the scene.
The rider leapt back onto his moped and hailed over his accomplice to abandon the attempt.
He jumped onto the back of the moped to flee the scene.

A member of staff was approaching the pair as they left.
An eyewitness told the Bristol Post: “It’s not the sort of thing you expect to see on a Sunday afternoon - they were pretty brazen.
“It was broad daylight and the car park was really busy with people - loads of people were just watching.”
