Tristan Tate has broken his silence just hours after he and his contorversial brother Andrew were arrested ahead of eventual extradition to the UK.
Andrew, 37, and Tristan, 35, were arrested in the Romanian capital Bucharest on behalf of Bedfordshire Police as part of a new sex assault probe.
The British-American brothers were indicted for rape and human trafficking charges in Romania in June last year.
The Tates will only return to the UK once their Romanian trial has concluded.

However, in a post on social media, Tristan said: “'They’ll do anything to put you in jail'.
“Yes, anything besides give me to trial and prove beyond all reasonable doubt that I’ve committed a crime.
“Anything BUT that. This is day 441 of my arrest. I have a clean criminal record and am an American citizen.”
Andrew, a self-proclaimed misogynist, also reposted an image of him “winking” at a woman “crying” while he was being detained by police.
In a bizarre and baseless rant, the 37-year-old also told reporters outside court: “Unfortunately I don't think many people in Romania understand, but in the West, in the countries that are owned by the satanists, when you get to a certain level of fame you either put on a dress or you go to jail and I'm happy to make my choice which is jail every single time, my soul is not for sale neither are my principles.

“We're very innocent men and in time everybody's going to see that. We are excited to finish this judicial process and clear our names.”
The Tate brothers “unequivocally deny” all allegations iof rape and human trafficking.
However, McCue Jury & Partners revealed they had tipped off British and Romanian authorities about the brothers' plan to flee Romania.
The firm is representing four women who have accused Tate of rape and sexual assault.
In a statement, McCue Jury & Partners said: “Last week, we received information that Tate might have been planning to flee Romania, where he is due to stand trial for separate allegations of rape and human trafficking.

“We wrote to the British police to bring this to their attention and to urge them to immediately seek a warrant for Tate's detention in Romania and extradition to the UK.”
It is believed the information encouraged Bedfordshire Police to ask Westminster Magistrates' Court to issue a European Arrest Warrant.
Bedfordshire Police said: “As part of an ongoing investigation into allegations of rape and human trafficking, Bedfordshire Police has obtained a European arrest warrant for two men in their 30s.
“We are working with authorities in Romania as part of this investigation and will provide an update in due course.”
Speculation about Tate’s whereabouts were sparked when vlogger Adin Ross suggested the former kickboxer was looking at “leaving Romania and never coming back”.

The rise of Andrew Tate has caused much concern for commentators and teachers, particularly amongst young men and boys.
A YouGov poll found 27 per cent of men aged 18 to 29 hold a favourable view of the misogynist.
A separate survey revealed 23 per cent of boys aged 13 to 15 hold a positive view.
Labour’s Shadow Education Secretary Bridget Phillipson announced plans for older boys to receive mentor training before coaching younger pupils about the “scourge” of misogyny.
She said: “Misogyny is a growing scourge in our classrooms and if we fail to tackle it now, we store up huge problems for society in years to come.
“Female pupils and teachers deserve the right to a safe space, but it is evident that content from influencers such as Andrew Tate is having a lasting and damaging impact on boys and young men.”
