Organised crime police swooped on Tate's properties as they accused the influencer of 'trafficking minors'
Andrew Tate's home in Romania has been raided by police as part of a new investigation into allegations of human trafficking and money laundering.
In a statement on Wednesday, the controversial online influencer's representatives said: "Although the allegations in the search warrant are not yet fully clarified, they include suspicions of human trafficking and money laundering.
"The brothers' legal team is present to ensure that all formalities are carried out correctly."
Romanian organised crime authorities confirmed they had carried out the raids across multiple addresses in the country, relating to allegations of setting up an organised criminal group, trafficking of minors, human trafficking, sexual intercourse with a minor and more.

Romania's Directorate for the Investigation of Organized Crime and Terrorism (Diicot) said it had carried out four home search warrants within Ilfov county and the Bucharest municipality in another blow for the 37-year-old.
The pair had been arrested in December 2022 before being formally indicted in June 2023.
Just last month, a Romanian court of appeal overturned a previous ruling which handed Tate and his brother Tristan free movement throughout the EU while the pair awaited a human trafficking trial.
And today, footage from Tate's home showed balaclava-clad armed police storming the premises with battering rams, hammers and other tools.

Both Andrew and Tristan deny all charges against them, but the duo face a litany of allegations.
The Luton-born Tates are alleged to have "seduced" women in order to coerce them to work for their business - alongside making them perform sex acts on camera.
The pair, both of whom share joint American and British nationality, face extradition back to the UK pending the outcome of legal proceedings in Romania.
Under Romanian law, the trafficking of adults carries the threat of a prison sentence of up to a decade, as does rape.

Back in Britain, the Tates face allegations of rape, assault and tax evasion - while two Romanian women, Georgiana Naghel and Luana Radu, dubbed "Tate's Angels" also face being extradited from their homeland.
A self-described misogynist, Tate has gained millions of fans by promoting an ultra-masculine lifestyle which critics have slammed as denigrating women.
The brothers deny all charges and have repeatedly claimed that Romanian prosecutors have no evidence against them and that there is a conspiracy to silence them.
After police seized his luxury car collection in January 2023, Tate said: "The Matrix has attacked me. But they misunderstand, you cannot kill an idea. Hard to Kill."
