Andrew Tate has filed an appeal after a court in Romania pushed ahead with a rape and human trafficking probe.
Tate, 37, and brother Tristan Tate, 35, were arrested in December 2022.
The pair were formally indicted in June last year following further enquiries.
A court in Bucharest ruled a trial against the pair will go ahead, The Sun has revealed.

The Bucharest Tribunal ruled that the evidence against the brothers met the legal criteria for a trial but did not set a date for it to begin.
The decision to push ahead with the trial had been postponed for almost a year.
The Tates' representatives said they have already filed an appeal against the ruling, calling it "unlawful".
The brothers have denied allegations of rape, human trafficking and forming an organised crime group to sexually exploit women.

Trafficking of adults and rape carries a prison sentence of up to 10 years.
A potential extradition order for the Tates has also now been delayed.
The pair can only be extradited once legal proceedings against them in Romania conclude, a Bucharest court concluded earlier this year.
Tate, a self-described misogynist, gained millions of social media followers by promoting offensive content about women.
He once said women should "bear some responsibility" for being raped.
The 37-year-old was removed from social media platform Twitter but his account has since been reinstated.
The Tates have lost a number of legal bids since proceedings started, including efforts to get back £10million worth of assets and visit the UK to visit their sick mother.
