Britons have hit back at the claim it is “not that difficult” to get on the housing ladder, sharing their own experience of the property market.
NatWest chairman Sir Howard Davies today said “it’s not that difficult at the moment” when asked when it would be easier for people to buy a home in the UK.
He added: "You have to save and that is the way it always used to be.”
