More than 1,700 users reported issues with their TSB app, according to DownDetector
TSB has issued an apology after customers said they couldn't log into their mobile banking app this morning as the service was down.
DownDetector had over 1,700 users report issues within the app this morning which left some unable to access their accounts and pay their bills.
TSB, said: “We're aware some customers had issues logging into our app and online banking this morning. This issue is now resolved and we're sorry for any inconvenience it caused.”
Frustrated TSB customers took to social media to vent their annoyance this morning.
One person wrote on X: "Come on @TSB! I need the app today, you close all the branches down and still cant allow us to use the app! What are you expecting people to do exactly??"
Another said: "#TSB app once again down, becoming a joke at this point!"

Some customers report getting an error message when they try to log in and others say the app will simply not log them in.
Others say they cannot get through the "fingerprint" stage of the login process.
TSB has noted the issues customers are facing on their "service status" page on their website.
On their website service status, they have reported their mobile banking and internet banking status as intermittent.
The Bank have said: "We’re aware that customers are experiencing issues with our digital services.
"We’re sorry for any inconvenience and are working hard to resolve it.
The outage follows the banks announcement of 250 job losses and the closure of 36 branches.
Trade union Unite said the decision was a "grave mistake" and customers would "undoubtedly suffer a downgrade in service from these job cuts".
The latest round of branch closures will start in September, and continue through to May next year.
TSB will have 175 branches across the UK after the latest round of closures. Ten branches have already been closed over the last year.

PATSB said 96 per cent of all transactions were now taking place outside of a branch, and it had seen a 43 per cent fall in the number of customer transactions across its branch network in the past four years.
It said: "The decision to close a branch is never taken lightly, but our customers are now doing most of their banking digitally and we need to move to a better balance of digital and face-to-face services.
"We remain committed to a national branch network and through innovation and integration with video, telephone, digital, branch and other face-to-face services TSB customers have more ways to bank with us than ever before."
