Tesco warns 20 million Clubcard customers only have 10 days left to get ‘major’ double points boost
TESCO
Tesco Clubcard members have just 10 days left to receive double points on eligible shopping.
Until February 25, Tesco Clubcard holders can get double points when they scan or tap their Clubcard while shopping in-store, online, at Tesco petrol stations or in a Tesco café.
More than 20 million shoppers have been able to benefit from the offer, which launched on January 8.
It’s the first time they have offered a major double points event like this in more than a decade.

Clubcard holders can turn their points into vouchers and spend it on the grocery shop, or boost the value by using them with the supermarket’s Clubcard Reward Partners.
Vouchers can be exchanged for twice their value with more than 100 Clubcard Reward Partners.
Prior to the change in June last year, customers could get up to three times the value of vouchers in the scheme.
Tesco Clubcard Reward Partners include subscriptions to services such as Disney+ and vouchers to spend at Pizza Express, Longleat and Eurocamp.
Ashwin Prasad, Tesco’s Chief Commercial Officer, said: “We have loved bringing over 20 million Clubcard members the added joy of double points in the past few weeks and we remind customers that the event must end on Sunday February 25.
“So whether you want to save up your points to use towards a special moment like a holiday or simply for money off your shopping or fuel, there’s no better time to get even better value from shopping at Tesco with a Clubcard.”
Customers will get their vouchers from the double points even in their next Clubcard statement in May.
Alternatively, they can redeem them instantly with the faster vouchers service on the Tesco Grocery and Clubcard app or online.
LATEST DEVELOPMENTS:
Clubcard points won’t be awarded for non-qualifying products, including tobacco or tobacco-related products, lottery, stamps and gift cards.
It also excludes spending at Tesco Bank, Tesco Mobile, Tesco Photo, Esso Fuel, Evri, Waves, Inkjet, Halfords Motoring Club, Tesco surveys and international calling.
Tesco recently urged customers to use more than £18million worth of Clubcard vouchers before they expire ahead of a looming deadline.
Millions of pounds of vouchers issued in February 2022 will expire on February 29, 2024.
