Wetherspoon has provided an update on its pubs which could potentially close down in the neat future.
In 2022, the popular boozer chain confirmed that it had placed a number of its locations up for sale which means they are at risk of shutting down.
This comes amid a wave of store closures sweeping the UK's high streets with hospitality venues also being hit by this trend.
Some of the pubs' sales are managed by Savills and commercial real estate firm CBRE Group.
According to the Savills websites, 14 Wetherspoon pubs are currently under offer.
This means that a buyer has put forward an offer which the seller is under consideration.

However, just because an offer has been made, this does not mean that it will end up coming to fruition.
On top of this, an additional three Wetherspoon pubs are classed as being "available".
Under this classification, this means the sites are up for sale so could be saved if a buyer is found.
Despite this, all Wetherspoon pubs will continue to trade until a sale has officially been made.
