NS&I said they bought the Winning Bond, which has the code 466PQ093728, in August 2021.
Andrew Westhead, NS&I Retail Director, said: “Congratulations to our two £1 million jackpot winners this month – we hope they enjoy planning how to use their tax-free winnings.
“This month more than 5.7 million prizes worth more than £471million were drawn, including 90 people who have won £100,000.
"Premium Bonds holders can quickly check if they have won this month in a variety of ways. The quickest and easiest ways to check if you are a winner are by using our prize checker app, checking our website or just asking your Alexa.”
Several winners scooped £100,000 this month, having only bought the Winning Bond this year.
This includes a saver from Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, who bought the Winning Bond - 554JR749012 - in September this year.
NS&I will update the Premium Bonds prize checker by tomorrow.
Savers can use the Premium Bonds prize checker to check to see if they have won.
They can access this via the NS&I website, the official prize checker app or their Alexa-enabled device.
NS&I explained that while Premium Bonds prize winners are notified when they win a prize, sometimes, the prizes go unclaimed.
This may be if someone has moved or changed their contact details without letting NS&I know.

If they had opted to get prizes via cheque, then they would go unclaimed.
The government-backed savings provider says the best way for customers to make sure they get their prizes is to choose them to be automatically paid directly into their bank account or reinvested into more Premium Bonds.
They said more than nine in ten prizes are now paid this way.
NS&I said it is quicker and "more secure" than waiting for a cheque.
