The initiative has already seen Iceland give away over £1,000 to customers

Iceland Foods are giving away £100 every single day to customers as it looks to continue to find ways to help people during the ongoing cost-of-living crisis. The scheme will see the grocer give away thousands of pounds in what customers are hailing a ‘lifesaving’ initiative.
There is £36,500 on offer every year and every Iceland and The Food Warehouse customer are in with a chance.
Richard Walker says, executive chairman at Iceland has stated the scheme “isn’t going anywhere”.
The winners have reacted emotionally with one of them calling the whole experience "life changing".
Mum-of-two, Claire Peel, 42, said: “This has come at such a much-needed time, half term always brings additional spend and this month was already looking tight but now I can afford to get the food we need.”

To be in with a chance of winning, shoppers will need to scan their Bonus Card via the Bonus Card app in store at Iceland or The Food Warehouse and they’ll be in with a chance of winning £100.
Walker said: “The cost-of-living crisis isn’t going anywhere and so we’re committed to finding new ways to help our customers.
“So, as well as reducing the price of thousands of products and introducing more £1 value lines than any other supermarket, we’re also giving away £100 every single day.”
With food prices continuing to rise, Iceland and The Food Warehouse are ahead of the trend as they continue to make meals more affordable for families across the UK.
The supermarket chain recently increased the number of products costing £1 or less to 750, including a new own-brand cleaning range and new £1 meals which has resulted in shoppers praising the retailer for helping those who are struggling to put food on the table.
In a post on social media, Sandra Rowley said: “This range will be a lifesaver for many people. Prices have rocketed but wages have not.”

4. Sit tight and hope you’re the lucky customer who receives a whopping £100
