Customers began reporting problems around 8am on Friday morning. According to DownDetector, more than 4,400 Lloyds customers registered issues just after 8am Friday.
Halifax customers reported over 3,600 problems during the same period. Another 900 TSB customers logged issues with the service. Bank of Scotland saw approximately 600 customers experiencing difficulties.

One Lloyds customer said: 'I've worked two long weeks to be paid today and now I can't access my accounts on the app or desktop site."
A Lloyds Banking Group spokesperson said: ""We know some customers are having issues with internet banking and our apps. We're sorry about this and we're working to have it back to normal soon."
Following the recent outages, the Treasury Committee has written to the bosses of nine British banks asking for information about the impact of IT errors on customers.
LATEST DEVELOPMENTS:
In recent years, high street banks have came under fire for withdrawing access to cash services which campaigners believe results in customers being exposed to IT issues.
Martin Quinn, the director of Campaign for Cash, stated: "Another week and another banking outage, we are over reliant on technology.
"But this proves that now more than ever a strong bank branch network, as when outages happen, we need face to face banking."
