GB News will launch a new politics programme this week that puts the public at the centre of its coverage of Prime Minister’s Questions in Parliament.
Political Editor Christopher Hope and presenter Gloria De Piero, a former Labour MP, will host PMQs Live in which they - and a panel of senior MPs - will interrogate and analyse the weekly event as it happens.
In a key twist, GB News will also ask its viewers and radio listeners to submit their own live questions to put directly to the panel.
Head of Programming Ben Briscoe said: “As the People’s Channel, we put the people of the UK first in all our programmes – they’re the ones who know what’s really happening across the country, and it’s their questions that matter most.”
He added: “We will air the show from our new studio complex in the middle of Westminster, which adds an immediacy to our coverage as it’s so close to the people’s representatives in the House of Commons.”
PMQs Live premieres on GB News today (Weds 10th) at 12 noon and will broadcast every Wednesday when Parliament is sitting.
