One man has shared his impressive results after losing more than half a stone (9lb).
Lynell Fernandes first noticed the weight pile on after he stopped going to the gym in 2019 and rarely took part in any physical activity.
His eating habits also changed and the slimmer would skip meal planning and instead opt for unhealthy, high sugar snacks.
The cyber security growth manager fell into "lazy" habits before deciding enough was enough.
The man slimmed down with the help of F45

Lynell decided to sign up for the class based gym group F45 after being inspired by his wife, who was already a member.
F45 classes consist of 45 minute workouts that mix both cardio and weight training.
The workouts are varied, with classes changing every day, and exercises can be customised depending on fitness level.
The dieter vowed to achieve his peak physical fitness when he signed up for his local F45 studio in Mill Hill.
Before long, Lynell noticed the results and felt fitter, stronger and more energetic.
He also noticed a dramatic mental transformation as his mood increased and anxiety and stress reduced.
The slimmer paired his new workout regime with a healthy diet plan, swapping curries, puddings and doughnuts for more nutritionally balanced meals.
After completing just 25 classes over a one month period, Lynell had lost around 9lb and his stomach had notably flattened.
