The slimmer used quick, at home workouts to kick start her weight loss transformation
Jenny Weiner, 32, always struggled with her weight and was bullied for her size when she was younger.
Once leaving school, she made it her mission to get as fit and health as possible.
Jenny said: "Growing up I was never the athletic or fit kid who was part of a sports team or even enjoyed exercising - in fact I was a chubby kid and was bullied about my weight for most of my life, which had a huge impact on my mental health.
"Since leaving school I have always made it my prerogative to get fit and healthy and stay that way, so now I am the complete opposite to what I once was."

After giving birth, however, she noticed found the extra weight she had gained difficult to shift.
"After giving birth, I had a really hard time learning to love my body again," the slimmer explained.
"Like many, I couldn’t recognise what I saw in the mirror and although I was thankful for my body giving me my son, I felt grotesque and so unlike myself.
"I cut myself some slack the first couple of months, but as soon as I could exercise, I was determined to get back into my pre-baby body.
"With the moral support from my husband I’ve smashed my goals and I am stronger than I have ever been.
"I am so proud of how far I have come."
Jenny used the help of her PT husband and the fitness plan app Freeletics to get back into exercise.
She added: "Of course, it helps that my husband is a PT, but we both use the fitness app Freeletics.
"The app was a great tool to use and it got me back into exercising again. "We mainly used their 15-minute training journey workouts, meaning that we burned 100’s of calories in such a short amount of time and I could choose the intensity depending on my energy levels on the day."

Using the exercise plan, Jenny managed to slim down by an impressive four stone in just four months.
She explained: "We couldn’t really go to the gym, so it was perfect for us to use at home, juggling parenting and work all at the same time.
"Once Jaxon could go to nursery, we started using the app at the gym as well since they introduced some weight and strength workouts.
"So, even though my husband is a PT, the app was my own personal trainer in my pocket! I would recommend it to anyone."
